This was relevant in my Internet world twice today. (Dont ask me why I was on MSN…)

This is weird. You know what was a status symbol when I was in junior high? Hollister jeans. Tommy Hilfiger shirts. Expensive, very-much-not-broken things.

Seeing as I spent the past six months limping along with a “smart before the accident” smartphone, I feel like I can speak with authority when I say having a cracked screen is not “like a really cool scar.” It’s like a bunch of crushed glass sitting on top of the keypad you’re trying to type with, and blurry lines swirling all over your Netflix. It sucks.

Kids these days.
